mandatory means ins company’s can charge outrageous amounts. other than that I see no reason to change. I do think when a state mandates, it should also regulate.

No, I am all for mandatory insurance. I’ve been in wrecks where i was not at fault, and it would have been horrible to have not had the coverage I needed to recover.
I think the mandatory auto insurance laws should be more thoroughly enforced. It’s horrible to think what kind of damage people can cause without having to pay a price!
