No, but you can always move to Wisconsin or New Hampshire, neither of which have mandatory auto insurance requirements.
It’s dumb to not carry it, but hey, it’s your future wages.

if you want to be cheap and not pay for insurance and then get ina wreck that you caused then thats your fault, you’ll realize you should have insurance when your paying for the other persons damage out of your own pocket and then you’ll have a ticket for not having insurance so if you want to be stupid then thats on you, maybe you need to get ina fender bender thats your fault and get sued for you to realize you need insurance, oh and by the way, if its your fault you’d also have to pay for anybody elses medical bills, anything from small doctor check-ups or visits all the way up to hospital bills, but maybe you’ll learn one day to not be cheap on car insurance

Landa Insurance has been fighting this mandatory law for many years. Even when the company was IMTG they fought against it.
Email them and I’m sure they will help.
